Constriction is the manifestation of fear. At the very core: the fear of death. If we dwell in fear, we go through life experiencing the ultimate constriction, living in a body. Fear is the illusion of the absence of Love; since we can choose to place our attention wherever we want, when we allow fear in our attention, the effect is a kink in the supply of Love in our lives.
