It was in the fall of 2020, that Yahoo finance published a poll saying that 44%of Republicans thought Bill Gates wanted to micro-chip them. She (Catherine Austin Fitts) said: “Ok we’re making progress!”
And that’s exactly when Gates sort of disappeared and they brought up operation Warp Speed [— The public–private partnership initiated by U.S. President Donald Trump and his administration to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. —] and interestingly enough the person they chose to loose, to run Operation Warp speed was an expert on injectable brain-machine interface: Moncef Slaoui.

Well, the Financial Times says that British pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline is working very hard to develop these kinds of technologies. Moncef Slaoui, the head of research and development at GlaxoSmithKline, says that the “challenge is to integrate the work – in brain-computer interfaces, materials science, nanotechnology, micro-power generation – to provide therapeutic benefit.”
Moncef Slaoui used to head research at GlaxoSmithKline [— The British multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in London, England. Established in 2000 by a merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham, GSK was the world’s sixth largest pharmaceutical company according to Forbes as of 2019, after Pfizer, Novartis, Roche, Sanofi, and Merck & Co. —] and he’s a brain- machine interface expert.
—It’s a creepy resume for that job huh?
It’s a perfect resume for that job. Here’s one of the most important developments that happened in 2019 in addition to the approval of the “Going-Direct plan by the central bankers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, was the issuance by the department of defense of the Jedi Cloud contract to Microsoft.

Amazon is essentially a C_A Intelligence agency contractor. They started making profit when they entered into major contracts with the C_A to provide the clouds not only for the C_A but all 17 USA intelligence agencies through that umbrella cloud contract.
So you now have Amazon running the intelligence agencies contract. At the end of 2019 Leidos did a big contract with the Navy and the DOD did the Jedi contract.
So those 3 huge cloud contracts give you the ability once you get everybody hooked up into it to radically re-engineer how the cash flow works.
So you can literally shut down almost all small businesses and put everybody into universal basic income which is basically a control system and run it all through the military clouds.
—So you can see the direction we’re headed but is it a little uncertain as to why?
No. It’s simple:
Technology gives you the ability to institute a complete control system and further centralize economic and political control.
